Childcare Couples; Live-In Residential Care Facility

Overview

We are seeking compassionate married couples to serve as live-in caregivers for youth in a residential program in Oxford, NC. This unique role allows couples to work together to create a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment where children can grow and thrive. Housing is provided (on-duty and off-duty).

Pay: $35,095 – $45,380 per person, annually

(Based on experience; education supplements available)

• Provide daily supervision, care, and emotional support
• Serve as positive role models
• Meet youth’s nutritional, educational, recreational, and personal needs
• Collaborate with program staff and families
• Participate in required trainings and meetings
• Must be legally married
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks
• Experience working with children preferred

• Full-time, live-in role
• Overnight shifts with a 20-day on-duty rotation
• Relocation to Oxford, NC required (off-duty housing available)
