• Analyze operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and dashboards that influence key decisions
• Support budgeting, performance management, strategic planning
• Coordinate special projects for the county manager’s office
• Prepare comprehensive informational and analytical reports
• Measure and evaluate progress of strategic goals
• Develop innovative strategies to optimize resource allocation
