This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s® restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters.

• $15 hourly pay
• $16 hourly pay overnight

In this role you will oversee shifts each week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. You provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Specific duties include:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicating with crew and next shift managers to prepare for shift starts.
• Achieving targets and helping departments meet goals.
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance.
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training new team members on critical job functions.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older, have a flexible schedule, and be a positive team player who enjoys the fast‑paced environment.
