Position Overview

Restaurant Supervisor – Commonwealth Lodging Management, LLC – Full-time, Mid‑Senior level – $18.00 per hour.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Restaurant & Bar.
• Ensure staff receive training on quality and service standards.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted revenues and labor cost objectives.
• Train staff and follow up to sustain service levels.
• Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain food and liquor costs.
• Maintain floor presence during meal periods.
• Conduct routine brand standard audits.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1‑2 years of food service experience preferred.
• Guest/customer relations training.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• English language proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift/transport 50 pounds, push/pull up to 150 pounds.
• Standing and mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
