- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of patient care.
- Supervise daily operations, activities, and personnel of the patient care area.
- Participate in the goal-setting process, recommend policy and procedure, and assist in evaluating programs.
- Act as a change agent, evaluating present systems and creating efficient, effective systems as necessary.
- Demonstrate the professional role model.
- Implement cost-effective solutions.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with 1 year of management experience in a related field, and leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Licensure: RN required.
