Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center (MSMOC) is looking for a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon ready to step into a turnkey, high-volume practice with no trauma call, clinical autonomy, and fast-track partnership. Originally established as Oxford Ortho and Sports Medicine in 1996, the practice unified under a single brand identity in a physician led decision with USOP partner practice Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in 2025.

  • 5 Surgeons + 1 Non-Operative Ortho & Sports Medicine Physician
  • 8 clinic locations in North Mississippi
  • Brand-new 25,000 sq ft orthopaedic center opening Fall 2025
  • Fully equipped with 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, walk-in urgent care & 5,000 sq ft PT gym
  • Advanced surgical care at Oxford Surgery Center with robotic technology completed in 2025

  • Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an Associate Physician

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery
  • Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license
