As Falcon 7X/8X Captain, you’ll serve as PIC on worldwide missions, partnering with flight operations, maintenance, and client services to deliver an exceptional, safety‑first travel experience. You’ll exercise sound judgment, champion CRM, and represent the flight department with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities- Act as PIC on Falcon 7X/8X for global, multi‑leg operations.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, route, weather, alternates, and international procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Lead flight deck CRM, mentoring crew members and supporting a just culture.
- Coordinate aircraft readiness with dispatch and maintenance to maximize safety and reliability.
- Deliver exceptional passenger care while safeguarding privacy and security.
- Maintain meticulous records, currency, and training standards.
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- PIC: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours (actual or simulated)
- Experience:
5 years of aviation experience - License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical:
Class 1 - Type Rating:
Not required; company‑provided Falcon 7X/8X training
- Schedule:
Variable schedule aligned to mission needs - Travel:
Extensive worldwide travel with no restrictions
Successful candidates can operate flexibly across time zones and adapt to changing itineraries.
Other Requirements- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Comfort working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as missions require
