The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working for reputable house builders and possess strong management skills. Responsibilities include leading site teams on major projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and reporting to a Project Manager. Candidates should be experienced with RC frame and timber frame construction, possess necessary certifications, and be able to commute to Oxford daily.
