The pay range per hour is $20.50 – $34.85.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and may in some instances include education, work experience, and certifications.

The Closing team continues the momentum from the team’s day of hard work to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each night. They prioritize through the eyes of the guest, have a deep understanding of each leader’s vision for their business, and have fun with the team while nailing closing routines.

The role of Closing Team Leader can provide you with skills and experiences such as:

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building and fostering a guest‑first culture across the store
• Driving store‑wide sales volume and profitability results
• Developing effective business partnerships across store to achieve common goals
• Workload efficiency across the store, including leading closing routines and coaching team members in all areas

• You enjoy interacting and helping others — including guests who shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem‑solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times).

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Effective communication skills
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
• Interpret instructions, reports and information
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary
• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive‑Up, carry‑out, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
