• Help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
• Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, help them with purchases, and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and provide a great member experience.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and promote company products and services.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; conduct safety sweeps and correct unsafe situations.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist with transporting items, and use cart retrieval equipment.
• Respond to member issues, resolve concerns, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.
