As a NAPA Store Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Previous automotive knowledge is preferred but not required—willingness to learn is key.

Minimum requirements include:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.

Preferred but not essential:

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work.
• Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications.
