Director of Ticketing and Guest Services

Applications are now being accepted by the City of Oxford Civil Service Board for the position of Oxford Performing Arts Center Director of Ticketing and Guest Services.

Salary range $50,440 - $62,992.65 yearly.

Job Summary: The Director of Ticketing and Guest Services is responsible for the overall operation and progress of patron services at the Oxford Performing Arts Center. This position works closely with the presenter of each event to reach sales goals within reasonable allotted resources and time. The Director of Ticketing and Guest Services is a leader in the Oxford Performing Arts Center Box Office and is primarily responsible for the supervision of day-to-day and night-of-show box office procedures.

The Director of Ticketing and Guest Services will work closely with the Executive Director to lead a team of part-time Box Office Associates. The manager is expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills and is able to manage his or her department effectively with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. Graduated high school or GED. Must have taken college-level theatre, production, and/or business courses from an accredited institution. Bachelor s Degree (or 96 credit hours) is preferred
