Van Driver

Position: Van Driver-Hourly
Diversicare -  - Responsibilities:
Assure the safety of each resident when transporting to and from the doctors office and/or hospital;
Accompany each resident on all medical visits. Stay with resident(s) until visit is complete.;
Sign in resident upon entrance and present residents documents to office personnel.;
Obtain residents documents and any new prescriptions, ensure doctors orders are correct, and obtain follow-up appointment cards.;
Report to RCM after returning to facility and be prepared to answer questions; perform other duties as required.
