Schedule: Overnight Shifts (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role
Hometown Markets is seeking a reliable Overnight Store Associate to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked store during overnight hours. This role supports store operations and customer service while ensuring the location is prepared for daytime business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers during overnight hours
• Operate register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Complete nightly tasks and checklists
• Monitor store safety and operational standards
• Communicate operational issues to management

Overnight team members work alongside another associate during shifts.

Qualifications

• Dependable and responsible
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform effectively during overnight hours
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Schedule
