Location: Owosso, MI – Eastside Location
Schedule: Mid-Shift | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

About the Role
Hometown Markets is currently interviewing for a Mid-Shift Gas Station Associate to support daily store operations at our Eastside Owosso location. This position plays an important role in maintaining excellent customer service, keeping merchandise stocked, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment throughout the day.

While this posting is primarily for our Eastside store, applicants may also be considered for similar opportunities at our other Owosso locations based on availability and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Operate register and assist customers with purchases
• Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
• Rotate inventory and monitor product dates
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, and store areas
• Assist with deliveries and organizing back stock
• Follow company safety, cash-handling, and operational procedures
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance habits
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn — training provided
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Mid-Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Approximately 32–40 hours per week
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on store needs
