In this Med Surg Tele RN position, you’ll care for adult medical and surgical patients who require telemetry monitoring, chronic disease management, and complex care coordination. Core responsibilities include:

• Accurate patient assessment and continuous monitoring of vital signs
• Rapid response to clinical changes and escalation when needed
• Administration and titration of IV therapies
• Wound care and drainage management
• Meticulous medication administration with attention to interactions and contraindications
• Comprehensive discharge planning and patient/family education
• Participation in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless transitions of care
• Telemetry interpretation and early recognition of deterioration
• Ability to adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians, case management, and respiratory therapy
