Overview

Part-Time BCBA/BCaBA - Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA Sense Sational Learning Group | Michigan | Part-Time (Mon-Fri Evenings)

About Us

We re a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual s unique way of being.

The Role

Seeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who s passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm) with opportunity to grow into a full-time position

What You ll Do
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
  • Work across home, school, and community settings
  • Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation
You re a Great Fit If You Have
  • Required:

    BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • Required:

    Michigan state licensure
  • Required:

    Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
  • Early childhood development expertise
  • Creative, flexible approach to intervention
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
