This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.

• Maintain inventory records and daily reconciliation of inventory at outside warehouses. Responsible for control of $ of product going through these warehouses per year.
• Responsible for completing monthly inventory reconciliations (book to actual Physical inventory) as prescribed by our internal controls. Determine reason for differences, research, and recommend/implement changes as required.

• Responsible for editing routings, correcting routing errors and creating picking documents for all warehouses.
• Contact warehouses daily and ship confirm orders in system creating billing to our customers.

• Responsible for reviewing, authorizing, and coding for payment all warehouse replenishment freight charges, unloading and handling charges, and payment of warehouse labor bills.
• Authorize return requests from our customers. Determine where and how they should be returned. Issue credits to the customer. File claim with freight carrier for shortages and non‑recoups.
• Review freight bills, check rates and discounts, and pay freight bills from our carriers for shipments to our customers.

• Discuss distribution functions (warehousing, tracing shipment, expediting, etc.) with our customers an average of 60/80 calls per day. Provide assistance and information.

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Background in Distribution, Warehousing, or Transportation required; knowledge of Import/Export processes preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and Hazardous Materials handling.
• Proficient in PC applications and systems.

Annual Base Salary Range: $ 72,000 - $90,000
