The role involves driving 53' dry van tractors (manual or automatic) delivering auto parts across OH, TN, IN, MO, and KY with weekly guaranteed pay, per-mile and stop/drop pay, and comprehensive benefits starting early. • Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Weekly Minimum Guarantee During Training: $1050
• Weekly Minimum Guarantee After Training: $1385
• Miles Pay: $0.51 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week
• Stops Pay: $11.00 per Stop
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
• CDL License is Required
• Company Paid Scale Bypass

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

Requirements

• 9 months or less of CDL driving experience
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder background and a Motor Vehicle Registration check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A
• Ability to:
• Follow written and/or oral instructions
• Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
