, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. You’ll respond to high-stakes situations with professionalism, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the overall security operations of the facility. • Maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and company property
• Respond to and assist with medical emergencies
• Verify identification of all guests entering the gaming floor (must be 21+)
• Patrol the facility and parking areas on a scheduled basis
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential safety risks
• Prepare detailed reports of incidents and submit to appropriate departments
• Escort cash movements to and from the cage, as well as team members and guests upon request
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations
• Lead by example in enforcing safety protocols and guest service standards

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

• Attention to detail and situational awareness
• Team leadership qualities and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable using technology (security systems, radios, documentation software)
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky Gaming/Racing License
• First Aid, CPR, or AED certifications are a plus

• Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands for extended periods
• Occasionally required to sit and lift up to 50 pounds
• Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
• Work environments include:
  • Gaming floor – loud noise, possible exposure to cigarette smoke
