, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. - Maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and company property
- Respond to and assist with medical emergencies
- Verify identification of all guests entering the gaming floor (must be 21+)
- Patrol the facility and parking areas on a scheduled basis
- Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential safety risks
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents and submit to appropriate departments
- Escort cash movements to and from the cage, as well as team members and guests upon request
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations
- Lead by example in enforcing safety protocols and guest service standards

- Team leadership qualities and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using technology (security systems, radios, documentation software)
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky Gaming/Racing License
- First Aid, CPR, or AED certifications are a plus
- Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands for extended periods
- Occasionally required to sit and lift up to 50 pounds
- Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
- Work environments include:
- Office setting – moderate noise
- Gaming floor – loud noise, possible exposure to cigarette smoke
