Lead Security Officer
, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. You’ll respond to high-stakes situations with professionalism, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the overall security operations of the facility. Maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and company property

Respond to and assist with medical emergencies

Verify identification of all guests entering the gaming floor (must be 21+)

Patrol the facility and parking areas on a scheduled basis

Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential safety risks

Prepare detailed reports of incidents and submit to appropriate departments

Escort cash movements to and from the cage, as well as team members and guests upon request

Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations

Lead by example in enforcing safety protocols and guest service standards

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and situational awareness

Team leadership qualities and a proactive mindset

Comfortable using technology (security systems, radios, documentation software)

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid
Kentucky Gaming/Racing License

First Aid, CPR, or AED certifications are a plus

Regularly required to stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands for extended periods

Occasionally required to sit and lift up to 50 pounds

Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision

Work environments include:

Gaming floor
– loud noise, possible exposure to cigarette smoke
