System Search is currently recruiting experienced Personal Lines Account Managers for multiple Kentucky locations.
Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities- Provides day-to-day service to clients with a strong focus on account management, claims, and administrative tasks
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors
- Assists with marketing activities and compiles information related to Requests for Proposals and renewal applications
- Processes Endorsements, Renewals, Policy Changes, New Business, Payments, and Billing
- Other Personal Lines Insurance service tasks as assigned
- Account Management experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Independent Insurance Agency experience preferred
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License in state of domicile required
- Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organization skills
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
