Outpatient Therapist

Overview

Seeking a compassionate individual dedicated to making a positive impact on children and families in need.

Graduate of an accredited program in counseling or social work, with a current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC license preferred. Associate-level credentials considered. A graduate degree in a human services field is required.

Prior experience in a managed care environment with care management systems, including service planning, clinical pathways, discharge planning, and case management, is desired.

Must pass background checks and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license.

• Provide individual and family counseling in home, school, or community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely records for each case.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to support client needs.
• Assist in family program development and participate in supervision and training.
• Manage job-related risks and uphold professional standards, including continuing education.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary from $52,000 annually.
