Redeem TITOs (Ticket-In Ticket-Out), racing vouchers, and sports betting tickets accurately and courteously;
Count and record assigned funds, balance cash drawer throughout and at end of shift;
Perform check cashing and cash advance transactions, including verifying guest identification;
Accurately complete financial forms such as CTRs (Currency Transaction Reports), W2
Gs (Winning Statements), and MTLs (Monetary Transaction Logs);
Process and maintain player card accounts; issue new cards and redeem points for cash or prizes
