We are currently seeking an Engineer I, II, III, or Senior Engineer for our Houston, TX, or Owensboro, KY office.
Position Description
Optimize the performance of Boardwalk’s storage fields on the Texas Gas, Gulf South, and BLM systems. This includes all aspects of cavern, reservoir, and aquifer storage, including new cavern design and development, drilling, inventory verification, MIT testing, casing inspection logging, reservoir and cavern modeling, workover design and implementation, and daily injection and withdrawal strategy. Work with state and federal agencies on all aspects of natural gas and liquid storage.
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- Knowledgeable in drilling and workovers
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft products
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with a team in a fast paced environment
- 2-10 year’s experience in Underground Storage
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- 10-15 year’s experience in Underground storage
- Proficient in cavern or reservoir modeling
Required Education
- B.S. in Petroleum Engineering
