Join a hospital-employed Neurosurgery practice providing inpatient consults, acute and elective surgery, and an outpatient clinic for new and established patients. Ideal candidate will be motivated to build strong working relationships with ED physicians, Neurohospitalists, nursing staff, and the dedicated Stroke Program Manager and Coordinator to help develop a comprehensive stroke center program. Level III Trauma Center in a newly built hospital (2013) licensed for 477 beds.

Fully integrated EMR (Epic). Not-for-profit organization. Teaching opportunity with on-site Family Medicine Residency Program affiliated with the University of Louisville. Must be board certified/board eligible (ABNS). Benefits: $1,100,000 guaranteed base compensation for three years. $100,000 upfront bonus. Student loan forgiveness and residency stipends available. $6,000 CME annually. Six weeks paid time off. Providing access to care for a population draw of 560,000.
