Job Title - Loan Processor

Location:

Owensboro, Kentucky 42301 (onsite)

Duration: 06+ Months contract with potential for extension

Must have ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST

Attention to detail, fast paced environment

Overtime:
Potential, but limited

Responsibilities

Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions to customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations.
Completing checks same day, scanning all packages same day and staying within SLA. Interacting with customers, internal/external clients, phone and email, and on-site management.

Qualifications

Great customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
Ability to multi-task and work as a great team player.
Ability to be in office full time and work 8-5 CST. MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great.

Interview Process

1 Telephone interview with two managers on the call.
