Safely and efficiently operate distributor and heavy equipment of various sizes used in road, site or highway construction and paving;
Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation;
Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each project or job site;
Assist in training less experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing and repair of equipment;
Perform general labor duties when necessary
