Insulation Installer at Rise Modular Owatonna, MN

Job Summary

The Insulator will complete insulating, fire blocking, fire stopping, and fire caulking according to code requirements and manufacturer installation specifications.

• Perform insulation and fire caulking tasks with moderate supervision, following directions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production standards and improve workflow.
• Complete quality checks independently.

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (spray foam, fiberglass) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Apply fire caulking and fireproofing products to openings, penetrations, and seams within modular units with limited guidance.
• Utilize caulking guns, insulation tools, and measuring instruments proficiently, minimizing rework.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and fireproofing requirements.
• Independently complete tasks 80% of the time.
• Consistently meet safety and quality standards.

• $18-$22 per hour
