• Maintain safe, proper, and efficient operation of equipment to which they are assigned
• Fulfill various production line positions in our food production facility processing fresh vegetables
• Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production run
• Complete visual inspections of raw product as is being processed.
• Provide relief during other employee’s break periods
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies and procedures
• Follow all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies and procedures
• The ability to perform other job duties as necessary by management
• The ability to work Saturday and Sundays
• The ability to work twelve hours a day
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
