Provide maintenance services to ensure production equipment is in good repair and in a safe operating condition.

• Performs a wide variety of routine maintenance duties utilizing basic skills including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical.
• Follows work assignments to fulfill maintenance service requests on production and facilities equipment.
• Examines complex machines and equipment to diagnose problems.
• Disassembles complex machines and equipment to repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Notifies Supervisor of any problems with procedures or equipment to maintain safety, inventory accuracy and productivity.
• Performs preventive maintenance duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required

• High school graduate or equivalent plus 3 years of experience in routine maintenance and repair of production equipment. Working knowledge of Facility Maintenance.

Preferred

• Technical college degree in maintenance field or a trade license. Strong mechanical background. Ability to read prints, schematics and diagrams.
• Ability to read equipment including pressure gauges, voltmeters and ammeters.
• Experience with Trumpf machinery and Motoman robots is a plus.

Generally modern, well lit and clean working environment. Frequently hot, dirty or noisy. Occasional heavy lifting up to 35 lbs.

Your base wage will be between $27.00 - $33.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
