Tentative Start Date 2/2/26
PAY: $20/Hr. while in training (2 weeks). After training the pay will be $20/Hr. OR your commission, whichever is greater, for the first 90 days. After 90 days, compensation moves to straight commission. Salary has no cap.

Note:

Schedule requires open availability; weekends a must.

• Promote and sell merchandise displayed on showroom floor.
• Work directly with internal and external customers.
• Follow up with customer orders and inquiries.
• Assist with problems related to merchandise in conjunction with customer service and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ask customers questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses to understand their needs.
• Explain product features in a clear manner and highlight benefits based on customer needs.
• Prepare sales tickets for orders obtained.
• Assist customers in making product selections based on specifications.
• Recommend, locate, and obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care to customers.
• Stay educated on new products, policies, and store promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products; uphold excellent customer relations.
• Follow up with customers by email and phone.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Ability to lift merchandise up to 10 lbs; be able to walk or stand for long periods; listen and respond to customer needs; communicate effectively with team members; sales experience preferred but not required; maintain a positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.

To successfully perform essential functions, employees must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, climb, crawl, walk, pull, lift, talk, hear/listen, and perform repetitive motions.

Heavy Work:
Lifting up to 40 lbs rarely, and/or up to 10 lbs occasionally to move objects.
