Job Description
* Present all merchandise in the proper manner restocking as required.
* Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced.
* Actively greet, assist and consult customers.
* Proactively re-merchandise the shop layout on a regular basis and ensure the shop as well as remains fresh and inviting.
* Inspect the shop throughout the day to ensure all displays are clean and tidy and all merchandise is presented properly.
* Ensure all financial and human resource policies and procedures are implemented and followed by golf shop personnel.
* Be Responsible for inspection of goods transfer and selling daily.
* Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Comply with all standards of performance, behavior, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times.
* Participate in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broaden the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.
* Perform side work duties as assigned## Job Requirement
* Must be honest and trustworthy, respectful, flexible.
* Must be able to demonstrate sound work ethics.
* Must possess strong customer service, oral communication and organization skills.
* Must possess abilities to work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Must be able to perform multi tasks and work on own initiative.
* Must possess good computer skills and good oral communication skills.
* Must be able communicate well in English verbally and non-verbally.
* Must be able to greet members and regular guests by name.
* Experience as a Cashier is an advantage.
* Previous experience in using a computerized POS system is an advantage.
