Pay rate: $51 per hour
Schedule: monday–friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm
Experience required: 5–10 years of experience in construction project management only!

the project manager – service is responsible for managing construction-related projects from initiation through completion. this role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

• lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity from inception to completion
• facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones
• collaborate with stakeholders to establish project performance goals
• develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• track project progress and performance against established goals
• identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks
• monitor and communicate project status to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
• plan and monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution
• document project activities, decisions, and lessons learned
• maintain accurate project records, notes, and databases
• assign resources and guide team members through all project phases
• coach and provide developmental feedback to team members

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• strong communication skills
• ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• strong organizational and time management skills
• proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
