Position Summary
Full-time (depending on case load) Physical Therapy Assistant to treat geriatric patients. Competitive pay. In house opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications- Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
- Experience in Long-term Healthcare Preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation
- Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients
- Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care
- Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs
- Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to succeed at home after discharge from facility
- Provide quality documentation as required
