Summary

Provide physical therapy and related services, maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, adhere to state and federal regulations, and supervise assistants and rehab technicians.

• Optimize patient functioning by delivering or overseeing physical therapy
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs
• Directly supervise PTAs and rehab techs during group and individual treatment, ensuring efficient use of resources and ongoing skill development
• Build and maintain a strong physical therapy program
• Enhance clinical and management skills through collaboration and continuous education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed about profession‑related issues and healthcare environment changes
• Apply knowledge of payment models, billing, and treatment guidelines, ensuring quality care and appropriate outcomes
• Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English for instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports

• Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy (required)
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic computer skills
