Membership Engagement Representative – Thrive PEO, Owasso, OK
Flexible onsite position engaging local businesses while sharing benefits of community involvement. Work 28‑40 hours per week with an adaptable schedule.
Compensation: $20–22 per hour.
Responsibilities- Engage with small business owners throughout Owasso to foster relationships and support local economy.
- Visit businesses, introduce Chamber services, and inspire collaboration and partnership.
- Champion members, ensuring they feel supported and connected within the vibrant network.
- Track outreach efforts and progress using basic software tools.
- Passion for connecting with people.
- Comfortable asking for commitments and explaining value.
- Organized, reliable, and self‑motivated.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable mindset and genuine enthusiasm for Owasso’s business scene.
