Job Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $85-100k

Location: On site, Tulsa
Responsibilities- Perform and support intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
- Assist with group consolidations, including the preparation of journal entries and consolidated financial statements.
- Maintain and manage the group chart of accounts and related accounting systems.
- Oversee and support corporate-level accounting activities, including payroll, accruals, 401(k) audits, T&E, marketing, and IT expenses.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes across subsidiaries and newly acquired entities.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and training to subsidiary and acquisition finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit-related activities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of group-wide accounting policies and processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in partnership with finance teams.
- Design, test, and monitor internal controls and risk management processes.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on standardizing, automating, and streamlining accounting operations.
- Provide accounting support for mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations.
- Demonstrate the technical expertise and leadership needed to temporarily assume controller-level responsibilities when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or consolidation environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
