Position:
Accounting Specialist
Location:
Tulsa, OK
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 / Year

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation
- Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

- Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
