Position Overview

All American Indoor Sports (AAIS) is seeking friendly, professional, and reliable team members to join our Front Desk staff. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, checking in members, assisting with inquiries, and helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at our facilities. Founded in 1985, All American Indoor Sports is Kansas City’s premier indoor sports organization, operating two locations in Lenexa and Overland Park, Kansas.

We offer competitive and recreational sports leagues for adults and youth, and proudly run Lil’ Kickers
, KC’s top-rated child development soccer program for children ages 18 months to 9 years, available year-round.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests and team members
  • Greet every guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and a positive attitude
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively
  • Handle check‑ins, phone calls, inquiries, and basic guest issues or complaints
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while managing guest satisfaction
  • Possess knowledge of AAIS programs, schedules, and facility amenities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with members, staff, and visitors
  • Respond appropriately and efficiently in emergency situations

Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong cash handling and credit card transaction experience
  • Ability to adapt to guest needs and handle special situations with ease
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull frequently
  • Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required
Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours:

    20–40 hours per week
  • Shifts:

    Day and evening shifts available
  • Weekly Availability:
    Monday–Friday, with weekend availability required
  • Pay Rate: $12–$15 per hour, based on experience
