Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Senior Developer

The Software Engineer is responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle using various technologies to build impactful software solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Responsibilities
:

• Develop and maintain features and components of Well Sky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.

• Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

• Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.

• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.

• Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.

• Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.

• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• .NET/.NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server and Cloud experience (preferably Azure Cloud)

Preferred
:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Experience in developing Web-based applications using C#, Angular, Restful Web API and Dev Ops

• Good hands on and working knowledge of Application development and SDLC life cycle process

• Proficient in debugging applications.

• Playwright or comparable automation testing framework.

• Nunit, Xunit, or comparable unit testing framework.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
