A leading Mechanical Contractor in the Kansas City area is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Detailer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detailer with a strong background in Commercial/Industrial HVAC and ductwork systems to advance their career. Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a sheet metal/ductwork detailer in commercial/industrial construction
• Proficiency with Revit and other design software for HVAC and ductwork systems
• Ability to create precise, detailed drawings and models for sheet metal fabrication and installation
• Experience working on projects in healthcare, industrial, educational, hospitality, or commercial spaces is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings and models for the fabrication and installation of ductwork and HVAC systems in commercial and industrial projects
• Coordinate closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow between design and installation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards, maintaining high quality and precision in every aspect of detailing work
• Utilize Revit to produce accurate, detailed designs for HVAC and ductwork systems, ensuring all designs meet project requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate HVAC systems within complex commercial/industrial projects
