• Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on‑site team members.
• Flexibility to perform other job duties as required.

• 2-3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred).
• Previous experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing and appliance repair).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal).
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed.

$20-$25 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location).
