Salary Range
: $20-$25 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

• Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members
• Flexibility to perform other job duties as required

• 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skill
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
