We’re hiring a dynamic sales manager to lead our hotel to success. You’ll be responsible for setting the sales strategies and objectives for the SMERF market, which is social, military, educational, religious, and fraternal groups. You will also identify sales opportunities and work with the Director of Sales and General Manager to help achieve our sales goals. • Execute a successful solicitation to exceed activity and production goals
• Effectively utilize all sources of industry and competitive intelligence to uncover business opportunities and market trends for the required segment
• Conduct direct sales calls, telemarketing activities, local market blitzes, and hotel tours
• Collaborate with key sales leaders, blending hotel property needs with available market opportunities to achieve overall top-line revenue targets
• Complete daily logs of overall sales efforts, call notes, and client correspondence
• Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
• Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
• Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs

• At least 3 years of Hotel Sales experience in a hotel property, Hilton preferred but not required
• Displays a proven track record of sales success
• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
