Join Ultimate Construction Staffing, a leading firm operating in 46+ states, as a Sales Representative based out of our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll be assigned three major cities to develop markets, meet subcontractors, and convert leads into clients. Travel to each city twice a month for 2–3 days to build relationships and grow business.

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• $50K base; $80K–$100K OTE in year one; $120K+ in year two

• Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Expand current client base and manage contractor relationships
