Position Title: Business Development Administrator
Report To: Vice President of Sales
Work Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position

Having said that, we expect the duties of this role to include:
Responsibilities- Execute the company's growth strategy in alignment with leadership objectives to drive wholesale expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all in-house wholesale accounts and partners to increase loyalty, retention, and revenue.
- Represent the brand at key trade shows and industry events, including Tailgate and the International Gift Exposition.
- Manage and maintain all wholesale sales materials, including the B2B platform, Airtable wholesale database, Dropbox assets, pricing sheets, MOQs, timelines, and inventory availability reports.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to equip them with up-to-date tools, resources, and materials needed to close deals successfully.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report progress against goals to senior leadership.
- Lead special events initiatives, including planning, directing, and executing popup activations.
- Identify and pursue new popup and event opportunities to expand brand visibility and sales channels.
- Monitor wholesale account activity and proactively follow up with dormant or inactive accounts.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to re-engage and grow plateaued wholesale accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging markets, industry trends, and prospective clients.
- Analyze blank-garment and printed-inventory assortments to uncover and develop new sales opportunities.
- Manage and execute bulk orders, including coordination and fulfillment for licensed partner accounts.
- Present and pitch products and services, negotiate terms, and secure new business, frequently coordinating meetings for sales executives.
- Assist at the warehouse level as needed during high volume periods.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience selling apparel to wholesalers.

All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. To best serve our customers, stores, and vendors, all employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and, on the phone, with or without reasonable accommodation. During certain busy times, all employees are expected to help with fulfillment. Fulfillment may entail frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
