Ryan Transportation and Shamrock are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to establish and manage a network of truckload and LTL providers across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on prospecting, cold‑calling and qualifying new carrier accounts, bringing a sales personality that is self‑motivated, outgoing, ambitious and dynamic.

• Solicit new carriers to join our carrier network
• Develop long‑term relationships with shippers and carriers
• Build and manage existing carrier network to meet the needs of shipping customers
• Continuously improve customer service, transit times and transportation costs
• Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments
• Track and trace orders for each load in our system and complete all load‑related paperwork
• Actively participate in transportation bids for current and prospective clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Detail oriented with analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to cross‑sell services across all brands
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
