What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead national outside sales and technical responsibility for the nVent Telecom product line, including ERICO and ILSCO brands
  • Drive revenue through customer education and leveraging subject matter expertise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to agents
  • Analyze industry trends to identify needs and assist in product launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, with a focus in a technical discipline highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the telecom industry selling electrical products
  • Experience managing or working strategically with third-party rep agencies
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of organizational and time management skills
